Character Information
Country Name: United States of America [Alfred F. Jones]
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Personality: America is a rather boisterous and outgoing character. He never fails to make a presence of himself, and is just as much optimistic as he is excitable and usually loud. While he is headstrong, he can be eccentric, and also has a bit of what one might go so far as to call a hero complex. He doesn’t hesitate to aid anyone in need of him, and even sometimes people who aren’t in need of him. This being said, he has a bit of a habit of getting into people’s business, especially if it comes to those he cares for.
As for his specific likes, America loves to eat just about anything, particularly burgers and ice cream. He can’t get enough of exploring and making new discoveries, and also has a bit of a fascination with the sky. While he obviously has his dislikes as well, he always tends find enjoyment out of most situations, as he is ever the optimist.
Though he can sometimes seem like he’s all in it for himself, he’s actually rather selfless, and if it came down to it, he wouldn’t hesitate to sacrifice himself for someone else’s well being. He’ll call himself a hero constantly, but it most certainly isn’t all about pride.
America, while being as heroic as he claims to be, also has his weaknesses and fears, just like everyone else. For one, he is absolutely horrified of ghosts. If anyone so much as mentions them, he’s reduced to an unconfident and nervous puddle. If he actually feels as if he’s dealing with ghosts, even if they’re fictional, he’ll probably scream and flail, and it takes a lot to get him to stop. He also has a strong dislike for dark, eerie places, such as caves or graveyards. Along with darkness, he also can’t stand silence.
Class: America is a gunner. He wields two guns—pistols, to be precise—of which he keeps in holsters on opposite sides of his waist. He is highly skilled at locking onto enemies and shooting them directly on target with less than a second’s notice, but he tends to be a bit wasteful with ammo and has a bad habit of running out before he even has a chance to realize it. When he does run out of ammo, however, he has to no problem whatsoever with using his hands. While he more normally does battle with his weapons, he just as much loves to downright clobber anything standing against him in the face, and he definitely has the strength to do so.
He also has a lasso dangling from the back of his belt, but he rarely uses it. Though he probably wouldn’t outright admit it this to anyone if they asked him, it’s mostly for show. It goes with the outfit, after all.

Upon entering the game world, America was greeted with a large white flash that rendered him temporarily blind. He couldn’t hear much anything either, save for a low hum. It was from the game booting up, he decided. After a few moments, his sight slowly to came back to him, at first somewhat shaky and blurry, but it wasn’t before long that his vision was completely focused.
Taken a bit aback by the sudden switch in his environment, he took to clenching and unclenching his gloved hand in front of his face.
“Huh. Not too shabby.” He chirped after a moment, looking pleasantly surprised, then looking down to size up his outfit.
After deciding he very much liked his new wardrobe, the nation lowered his arm and curiously scanned his surroundings. From what he could tell, he was in the middle of some sort of plain. A river lie to his right, and the river trailed along to the ocean. Just before the ocean there was what looked to him like a fairly large city. Due to the fact that there might be stores he could by potions and buffs from, he figured it’d be wise to first venture in that direction.
With a small adjustment and tip of his hat, America was off, grinning with excitement and heading in the direction of the city.
He briefly wondered how he was supposed to go about saving and quitting the game (it wasn’t like he so much as bothered to see if there was a manual in the game’s case, let alone read it), but he decided that was a question for later. After all, for now, he had a whole virtual world that he was more than eager explore.
